Refund policy
Effective Date: September 2, 2025
At Vitals in Black ehf., every product is made to order through our production partner, Printful. Because of this, we do not hold inventory and cannot offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please review our size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@vitalsinblack.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to a corrected address.
Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments that are returned to Printful will not be refunded. You may request reshipment at your own expense.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind. Each item is custom printed once your order is placed.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is submitted, cancellations are not possible once your order has been confirmed.
