Vitals in Black sells print-on-demand products, including apparel, accessories, and lifestyle items. All products are created and fulfilled by third-party print providers after orders are placed.

3. Shipping Policy
All products are made-to-order. Typical processing and shipping times are 7–14 business days after your order is confirmed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control such as carrier delays or customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

4. Returns and Refunds
Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except in cases of defective products or items damaged during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet our policy requirements.

5. Payments
We accept payments securely through Shopify’s supported payment providers, including PayPal. All transactions are processed in accordance with industry standards for data security.
