Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Vitals in Black website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing
All products are made-to-order through our production partner, Printful.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
During high-demand periods or product launches, processing times may take longer.

2. Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:

United States: 3–7 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or customs clearance. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Vitals in Black does not control carrier rates and does not profit from shipping fees.

4. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printful. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping to the corrected address.

6. Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments returned to Printful will not be refunded. You may request reshipment at your own expense.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Vitals in Black ehf. is not responsible for delays or costs caused by customs.
